EKU Oral History Center Revived
EKU Special Collections and Archives recently announced the revival of the EKU Oral History Center. The Center has been named after its first director, Dr. William H. Berge, to honor the important contributions he made to the oral history record in Kentucky.
The Berge Center will collect and preserve new interview projects which document the history and culture of Kentucky and Kentuckians. Physically located in Special Collections and Archives the Center is also building a virtual presence that will allow researchers to search the collection and listen to interviews online at oralhistory.eku.edu. We hope to have the inventory of the entire collection online by January 2014.
