I Found It In the Archives Contest 2015
What will you find?
Special Collections & Archives is home to university records, manuscripts, unique books, and oral histories. Here, you may find forgotten family records, a suspenseful diary, or even treasured love letters. You can relive your or a loved one’s college glory days by viewing our collection of Milestones, Eastern Progresses, and photos. Or you can take a peek at our special collection of books that includes anything from accounts of Kentucky authors to the stories of beloved Kentucky icons.
What have you found in EKU Archives?
Have you unlocked the past’s vaulted doors? Perhaps you have debunked or proven a juicy family myth. Maybe you have connected so intimately with long-lost legends that you felt the pain of their hardships and the joy of their successes. If so, we want to hear about it! Share your story with us during our “I Found It In the Archives” contest! Call, email, or visit Special Collections & Archives for more information!
Submit a no more than 400-word essay or a 2-minute video (email a YouTube link) through the I Found It In the Archives Form. A committee will select the top three finalists and users will vote on their favorite.
